THE ROLE
I am seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (or almost chartered QS) n the Building Construction industry who speaks Portuguese to join a firm of construction consultants in Brazil.
You will need to have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or another Built Environment subject and have at least two years + experience working for another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants.
You may be MRICS qualified or working towards becoming chartered.
You will work on both pre contract and post contract work.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including industrial, real estate and data centres and some infrastructure.
You will work closely with clients, contractors etc. on high value projects from inception and feasibility stage to project delivery and you should be able to run your own projects or work as part of a team on high value projects.
There will be fantastic prospects for promotion for ambitious candidates as the firm is growing across Latin America.

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Charteed Quantity Surveyor (or almost chartered) with two years or more experience ideally gained with another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants.
You will need to have a Degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying or another Built Environment subject.
You may be MRICS qualified or working towards becoming chartered.
Fluent or near fluent Portuguese is required and ideally reasonable English too.
