Chartered Quantity Surveyor – New York (315 views)

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join a firm of construction consultants in NEW YORK, USA.

This role will entail all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties, mainly working on commercial office fit outs, CAT A and CAT B.

A current Green card or a live E2 visa is required at present.

THE CLIENT

My client is a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveying consultants with an office in the USA and offices in the U.K.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience working with a firm of private practice quantity surveying consultants.

You must also be MRICS qualified as a Quantity Surveyor.

You are likely to have around one to three years post qualification experience.

You will need good pre and post contract quantity surveying experience.

You should have excellent client facing skills.

You will need to have either a Green Card or a live E2 visa as visas currently are taking too long to process and my client would like someone to join them sooner rather than later.
