THE ROLE

I am seeking a Senior Project Manager to join my client, a large firm of construction consultants to work in client offices in Surrey with visits to the London office as required.

You will work on new build and refurbishment of laboratories, clean rooms, pharmaceutical projects.

You will work on the full run of project management duties from inception to project delivery.

THE COMPANY

My client is a successful long established firm of construction consultants providing project management and cost management services to a wide range of clients.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior Project Manager who has a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Project Management or similar subject and you will be MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, ICE or similarly qualified or working towards such qualication.

You should be working for another firm of construction consultants and have a stable work record in Project Management.

You should have excellent communication skills and client facing skills.

You will need some experience of managing all aspects of contract administration, engaging with the client, construction and design teams to move the project forward to a successful completion to bring the projects in on time and within budget whilst minimising risk.

Experience of new build or refurbishment of laboratories, clean rooms and / or pharmaceutical projects is required for this role.

Salary is negotiable according to your experience but likely to be in the range of £60000 to £70000 per annum plus pension, fees, health insurance etc.
