THE ROLE
I am seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a firm of PQS in central London to work on a range of pharmaceutical, life sciences and manufacturing projects.
You are likely to have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or other construction / built environment subject and probably be MRICS qualified.
You will work on the full range of pre and post contract work and be able to deal directly with clients and to manage more junior QS’s when required.
THE COMPANY
My client is a large, established firm of chartered quantity surveying consultants (PQS).
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor with a stable work record.
You should have been working for another firm of PQS.
You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in a Construction / Built environment subject and ideally be MRICS qualified.
You must have good previous quantity surveying and cost management experience doing the full range of pre and post contract work experience.
You should have gained experience of either pharmaceutical projects, manufacturing projects or life sciences projects or alternative R&D projects for universities / science parks.
Excellent prospects for the right candidate who should have a stable work record with appropriate experience as above.
