THE ROLE
I am seeking a construction industry Project Manager for DATA CENTRE projects based in France.
You can be based anywhere in France and travel as required into the office in Paris or to sites across France.
The role will be working on new build Data Centres and possibly also upgrade of Data Centres.
This is a growing department of a known firm and will offer good prospects for promotion.
THE COMPANY
My client is an international firm of construction consultants.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an intermediate or more experienced Project Manager.
You must speak both French and English.
You will need to have experience of working as a Project Manager on at least one Data Centre project – new build or upgrade.
You should have a Degree, Diploma or similar in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Economics, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar and possibly be Chartered or working towards chartered status.
You should have good all round project management experience and ideally have experience of running projects from inception and feasibility, through project delivery.
You will need a good understanding of construction contracts and be able to bring in a project on time and within budget and to the clients’ satisfaction.
You will need to have a stable work record.
You must have excellent communication and organisation skills.
Salary is negotiable according to experience.
