THE ROLE
I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor for DATA CENTRE projects based in Madrid, Spain.
You will be based in Madrid and some travel elsewhere may be required from time to time.
The role will be working on new build Data Centres and possibly also upgrade of Data Centres.
THE COMPANY
My client is an international firm of construction consultants.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor.
You will need to have experience of working on Data Centre projects – new build. Experience of working on upgrade of data centres (mission critical projects) would be useful.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential along with fluent Spanish.
You will work as part of the project team.
You should have good all round commercial experience and ideally have experience of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties.
You will need to have a stable work record.
You must have excellent communication and organisation skills.
Salary or Day rate is negotiable.
