THE ROLE
I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor for DATA CENTRE projects based in France.
You can be based anywhere in France and travel as required into the office in Paris or to sites across France.
The role will be working on new build Data Centres and possibly also upgrade of Data Centres.
This is a growing department of a known firm and will offer good prospects for promotion.
THE COMPANY
My client is an international firm of construction consultants.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an intermediate or more experienced Quantity Surveyor.
You must speak both French and English.
You will need to have experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor on at least one Data Centre project – new build or upgrade.
You should have a Degree, Diploma or similar in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Economics or similar and possibly be MRICS or working towards RICS or similar.
You should have good all round commercial experience and ideally have experience of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties.
You will need to have a stable work record.
You must have excellent communication and organisation skills.
Salary is negotiable according to experience.
