THE ROLE

I am seeking a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a large firm of consultants in London SE1 area.

You should be enthusiastic to join a dynamic team.

This is an exciting role working in the residential sector and projects will include student accommodation, high rise towers, private rented sector, private residential, affordable housing and later living.

THE COMPANY

My client is a large firm of construction consultants with offices across the UK and overseas.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has become MRICS qualified and who can work as a Senior Project Surveyor.

You should be working for another firm of construction consultants / PQS and have a stable work record.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma or similar ideally in Quantity Surveying and you will be MRICS qualified.

You should have excellent client facing skills and be keen to work as part of a dynamic team.

You will need to have gained some experience of large residential projects.

You will need to have good experience in the use of the JCT Design & Build contract.

Salary will be from negotiable according to experience plus pension, health insurance, performance related bonus, profit share etc.
