THE ROLE
I am seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join my client, a medium to large firm of construction consultants (PQS) in central London.
You should be enthusiastic to join a dynamic team.
This is an exciting role working on projects for private schools, office modernisation, new build mixed use and others valued from around £5m to £200m.
You will work on the full run of PQS duties including all pre and post contract work.
THE COMPANY
My client is a successful medium to large firm of Cost Management (Quantity Surveying), Project Management and Building Surveyors.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager who has a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or similar subject and you will be MRICS qualified.
You should be working for another firm of construction consultants / PQS and have a stable work record.
You should have excellent communication skills and be keen to work as part of a dynamic team.
You will be able to do all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from inception to completion of projects with experience of both pre and post contract duties.
Duties will include all pre and post contract duties.
Salary is very negotiable according to experience but probably in the range of £65000 to £75000 or slightly more plus pension, RICS fees and more.
